Coordinates daily operational maintenance duties and serves as primary facilities contact person for assigned ambulatory properties. Under general direction from the Director of Property Management, performs day to day operational activities in the Ambulatory Division Call Center.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for coordinating staff/vendors to handle and timely respond to a multitude and wide variety of call center inquiries (i.e. maintenance, repair, and/or emergency issues) on both assigned and other Ambulatory facilities. Monitors problem resolution of property as well as plant and equipment issues. Tracks work orders.
Responsible for verifying, processing and approving a high volume of operating and capital invoices for assigned properties (Oracle, MarkView/SSI). Tracks and process charge backs.
Performs a wide variety of duties to ensure regulatory and safety requirements are met at Ambulatory sites. Analyzes and reports on facility Performance Improvements, as required by The Joint Commission to ensure compliance of Environment of Care standards and compiles call center data and corresponding monthly Joint Commission and Environment of Care reports, for example.
Procures and maintains inventory of supplies for assigned properties and general maintenance staff.
Assists Director by performing support duties such as running reports through Microsoft Access and Excel, creating power point presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes for multiple monthly staff meetings.
Ensures there is 24/7 coverage at assigned Ambulatory sites, and performs on call duties as required.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in a maintenance discipline required. Broad based familiarity with electrical, mechanical and HVAC/boiler equipment required. Must be detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability. Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills required. Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively direct staff and manage multiple simultaneous projects. Demonstrated ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment (i.e. printers, copy machine, FAX machine, etc.) required. Knowledge of HVAC software applications, Everbridge, Kronos Timekeeping, Oracle I-Procurement and MarkView Invoice Payables preferred.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor?s degree preferred. Proven continuing education in facility maintenance and Joint Commission Standards required.

License Requirements:

Fit I Fire Stopping required.
